What is the 30 Day Replacement Guarantee? How do I get a defective item, ordered on, replaced?

30 Day Replacement Guarantee

All physical products sold on are covered under our 30 Day Replacement Policy. This Policy is applicable for manufacturing defected products only. Notify us of any manufacturing defects or product damages at the time of delivery or within 30 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost.

In order to get a defective item replaced contact customer Care via the Contact Us Page or call us on +91 40 23732727 , within 30 days from the date of delivery.The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately.

Please note -

Replacement can be for the entire product or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same with Indcel.

Replacement is offered for the products sold by only.

How do I cancel an order on Alternatively, how do I return a product ordered on Indcel?

For outright cancellations by you:

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped,and paid via creditcard or debit card or net banking, we will refund the entire amount.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:
1. If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
2. If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Please refer to the 30 Day
Replacement Guarantee policies.

Note: If you receive a package that is open or looks to have been tampered with, do not accept it. Contact Indcel Customer Care on +91 40 23732727, and we will have the issue quickly resolved.

Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement -

	- Damages due to misuse of product;
	- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;
	- Any consumable item which has been used or installed;
	- Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers;
	- Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty;
	- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally
	  included with the product(s) delivered;

Returns & Refund

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 15 days of receipt. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact.

 	- The said refund will get after deducting the shipping cost.
 	- Physical or Softcopy of the Receipt should be produced when u claim refund.
	- In case of Post Paid Connections/Dongle Plans, customer has to submit all the relevent documents to the service providers. 
	  Customer has to prove his particulars like address proof, originals of documents at the time of Address Verification by the service provider.
	  Failing which we are treated as breach of contract/trust which is not eligible for the refund.
	- All the issues relating to Postpaid Connection/Data Card  Network Speed, Coverage should have to followed up with the concern Network Provider Only. 
	  No refunds are allowed in this issue.  All the refund policies applicable to the respective Telecom Company's only.

How to make a return

Returns are simple and easy. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your order it within 15 days of receipt by post or any courier service.

Returning goods bought as special offers

If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example 'buy 2 for Rs800/-‘) you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value. For combination purchases ("buy one, get one free" or "get the lowest priced item free"), you must return any free items or vouchers back for us to process a refund.

Returning goods of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose

You can return these items to us within 15(fifteen) days from date of receipt of order but in conjunction to the point mentioned below. We will refund your entire amount less the shipping cost.

3 day cooling-off period

In addition to our returns policy, customers have three days to inform our support team about the cancellation of an order. Order cancellations must be made in writing to Customer Services quoting your order number . In this case, we will provide a full refund less the shipping cost but you must first return the cancelled items to us.

Refund Policy is committed to process the refunds within 24 hours for unsuccessful transactions. Sometimes it may take 3 to 4 days to credit the amount in the customer account due to bank process.

For Recharge:

For all the recharge transactions, once the transaction is completed successfully, no refunds is applicable. Customer is the responsible for number entering for recharge. is not responsible for an incorrect number. However, if a transaction performed by you is not recharged for the entered number, please write to us on or call us on 040 23732727. We will Investigate the transaction and do the needful.

For all the products other than Recharge:

Refund is applicable when only if the customer is cancelled the paid order. If the cancellation request received before the dispatch of the ordered items, total amount will be refunded. If the order has dispatched, we will deduct the logistic charges of Rs.150-00. When a customer returned the product and requested for a refund, we will refund within 7 to 10 days as per our returns policy.
